The OZER Thermal Carbon Ribbon 5 m is the replacement consumable for the OZER X stencil printer, switching the printing method from standard thermal mode to direct carbon transfer onto single-sheet transfer paper.
By eliminating multi-layer thermal paper, the ribbon prints the stencil directly onto the transfer paper, streamlining the preparation workflow in a professional studio environment.
The 216 mm width ensures compatibility with both A4 sheets and roll paper — in the latter case, continuous stencils longer than a standard A4 sheet can be produced, suitable for large-format pieces, without wasting material on smaller stencils.
As the ribbon approaches the end of its capacity, print quality gradually deteriorates: patchiness, fading and uneven transfers may appear, compromising stencil precision on the skin.
Regular replacement ensures consistent sharpness, regardless of design complexity.
