RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Without prejudice to the exclusions set out in this Policy, Piranha Supplies grants its B2B Clients the possibility of requesting the return or exchange of products within 30 days from the date of delivery. In the case of an order composed of several products delivered separately, the 30-day period shall be counted from the date of delivery of the last product. This possibility of return or exchange constitutes a commercial courtesy granted by Piranha Supplies and does not correspond to the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal provided for consumers under Decree-Law no. 24/2014, which does not automatically apply to B2B relationships.
Conditions for acceptance of return or exchange
For the return or exchange to be accepted, the following conditions must be cumulatively met:- The B2B Client must clearly communicate their intention to proceed with the return or exchange within the indicated period;
- The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was supplied;
- The product must show no signs of use, testing, installation, improper handling, or any damage;
- The product must be accompanied by the instruction manual and all accessories included with it;
- The exclusions set out in the section “Exclusions from Return or Exchange of Products” must be complied with.
If the packaging shows visible damage at the time of delivery, the Client must refuse acceptance and immediately report the occurrence. Products accepted with apparent damage may not subsequently be subject to a claim with the carrier.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the costs associated with returning the products shall be borne in full by the B2B Client. The return or exchange must be carried out by sending the products to the address of Piranha Supplies indicated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, accompanied by a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase document.

REFUNDS
Once we have received all or part of the products ordered at our premises, we will process them within an average of one week. If the return is confirmed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, within 14 days.
Refunds will only be made to the account/card from which the purchase was made. In the case of a simple change of item, color or size, once the availability of the product has been verified, it will be sent to the address you indicate in the exchange process.
Supplies will proceed with the refund of the amount, deducting the administrative and financial costs arising from the purchase and the respective refund, set at €5.00 (five euros).

EXCLUSIONS TO RETURNING OR EXCHANGING PRODUCTS
The following are excluded from the Return or Exchange Policy:
- Products manufactured according to the B2B Client’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once unsealed after delivery;
- Products which, after delivery and by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods;
- Products showing signs of use, excessive handling, or that are not in perfect condition for resale.
For reasons of health protection, safety, and hygiene, sealed products that have been opened after delivery are not eligible for exchange or return, nor are products that have been used, even if only for testing purposes. This category includes, among others:

- Tattoo machines that have been opened, connected, tested, or used;
- Needles;
- Pigments;
- Cartridges and other professional-use consumables.
For return purposes, tattoo machines will only be accepted if they remain sealed, show no signs of being opened, used, or tested, and are in perfect condition for resale.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – LEGAL FRAMEWORK
The statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, as provided for in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, applies to end consumers (B2C) in contracts concluded at a distance or outside commercial premises.
In business-to-business (B2B) transactions, this statutory right of withdrawal does not automatically apply. B2B commercial relationships are governed by the general provisions of the Civil Code and Commercial Code, and the possibility of return or exchange depends exclusively on the commercial policy agreed between the parties or on specific contractual clauses.
Therefore, in purchases made by Companies or professionals, there is no automatic 14-day right of return, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
