The Piranha Barbell Surgical Steel 316L is one of the most versatile basic piercings, being the top choice for tongue, nipple, and ear piercing.

Made of Surgical Steel 316L, a medical grade steel that can be used in implants. This steel has residual levels of nickel, and the polishing they undergo in manufacturing prevents the spread and possible allergies caused by this material.

Titanium is advised for all those allergic to nickel, and surgical steel 316L is highly effective and recommended for post-healing use. In case of allergy, we recommend as an alternative, the Barbell Titanium.

Sterilization can be done in an autoclave with surgical sleeves.

We recommend using American catheters or needles when drilling.
