Alternative Dispute Resolution

Dear Customer:

A consumer conflict exists whenever, in the context of a contractual relationship in which a consumer and a professional (supplier) are parties, a dispute arises.

So how should a consumer act when faced with a consumer dispute?

First of all, you should always try to negotiate your resolution directly with the vendor. If this does not work, or if you do not accept the supplier’s proposal for resolution, you may REFER TO AN ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF DISPUTE RESOLUTION (mediation or arbitration), by contacting an entity accredited for this purpose (ADR entity). In this case an impartial third party (which is the ADR entity) intervenes between the consumer and the company His intermediary can suggest a solution to the dispute/complaint, can bring the parties together to try to reach an agreement, or can impose a solution.
Alternative dispute resolution is, as a rule, less formal, cheaper, and faster than the judicial route.
So if you are dissatisfied with the purchase of a service or product on our site, you can appeal to alternative dispute resolution.
