Yes. All our products have a 1-year warranty from the delivery date. However, the warranty does not cover improper use of the products. For better assistance, we recommend contacting us so we can assess the situation and present the available options. After the evaluation, you should fill out the Piranha RMA Form and send it along with the product to our facilities.

The Piranha Tattoo Supplies store is open Monday to Friday from 9:00–13:00 and from 14:30–18:30.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders over €100, shipping is free to mainland Portugal and Spain. For other countries, prices vary depending on destination, weight, and carrier. At checkout, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before you finalize your order, along with the total price.
