DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Order-related data will be retained for no longer than the legally permitted retention and prescription periods. This data will remain available in your Customer Account. After account closure, data will be archived for legal and statistical purposes within applicable legal retention periods, and subsequently destroyed once those periods expire.

Your bank details will only be stored securely for as long as needed to validate and pay for your order. They will then be destroyed, unless you have expressly consented to their retention for future orders.

In the event of payment incidents, data will be retained for a period of 3 to 7 years, depending on the severity of the incident.

Data collected via the “Contact us” form is retained only during processing of your request, then destroyed. Data collected through account creation is retained until the account is closed—you may close your account at any time.

If your account remains inactive for three years, we will contact you to ask if you wish to keep it. If we receive no response, the account will be closed and data deleted.

If we are legally required to retain personal data for compliance with legal, fiscal, accounting or other obligations, it will be retained for the period required by law.
