1. Purpose and Legal Framework

The “Black Friday” campaign is a temporary price reduction promotion addressed exclusively to professional B2B customers and applicable to purchases made through the Piranha Supplies Online Portal.
This campaign is governed by Portuguese commercial and contractual law applicable to B2B transactions.
Consumer protection legislation applicable to end-consumers (B2C) does not apply.

2. Duration and Territorial Scope

The campaign is valid from 1 November 2025 (00:00 – Europe/Lisbon) until 2 December 2025 (23:59 – Europe/Lisbon).
It applies to orders delivered to territories where Piranha Supplies markets its products, except: Brazil, Israel, and Russia.
Piranha Global, Lda. reserves the right to determine eligible markets, suspend the campaign in any territory for commercial, legal, or logistical reasons, and adjust pricing based on local operational and fiscal considerations.

3. Products, Categories and Commercial Eligibility

The campaign applies exclusively to selected products, clearly identified as discounted.
Products without explicit discount indication are not included.
Piranha may exclude customers under contractual breach, account suspension or limited commercial authorization.

4. Pricing Rules and Discount Calculation

Each discounted SKU will display:

  • Former price: lowest price applied in the preceding 30 days

  • Current price: reduced price applied during the campaign

  • Discount percentage, where applicable

Prices are displayed excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.
The price shown at checkout constitutes the sole binding commercial value.

5. Non-Cumulative Promotional Conditions

Campaign conditions cannot be combined with:

  • previously agreed commercial terms

  • specific commercial agreements

  • volume pricing tiers

  • standalone promotional campaigns

  • promo codes or extraordinary discounts

In case of improper accumulation, Piranha may:

  • recalculate the order value

  • cancel the order in full or in part

  • debit or credit customer accounts accordingly

6. Purchase Limits, Abuse and Unauthorized Resale

Piranha may impose quantity limitations to preserve product availability.
The company reserves the right to block or cancel orders indicating:

  • multiple accounts created by the same entity

  • speculative or fraudulent conduct

  • unauthorized resale or unfair competition

  • inaccurate or falsified customer information

7. Shipping, Carriers and Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via CTT (PT/ES), DPD, or DHL.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal mainland & Spain: up to 3 business days

  • Madeira & Azores: 10–20 business days

  • EU countries: 5–10 business days

  • Non-EU countries: 10–12 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may extend during high-volume periods.
Risk transfers to the Customer upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Shipping Costs and Additional Charges

Free shipping applies to orders ≥ €100 to Portugal and mainland Spain.
For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs duties and import clearance charges are borne by the Customer.

9. Payment Methods

Accepted methods:
Multibanco (PT), MB WAY (PT), seQura (3 interest-free instalments — subject to seQura financial approval), PayPal, Visa/Mastercard/Amex, Cash on Delivery (+€4 excl. VAT), Bank Transfer (dispatch after payment confirmation).
In case of payment failure, orders may be suspended or cancelled.

10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds (B2B)

The Piranha Supplies B2B Returns & Exchanges Policy applies:

  • 30-day period from delivery

  • complete product return in original packaging without misuse

  • return shipping costs borne by Customer

  • refund within 14 days after validation, to the original payment method

  • €2.00 administrative fee may apply

Exclusions: customized products, perishable items, opened hygiene-sensitive items, and items that become inseparable after delivery.

11. Warranty and Professional Use Responsibility

Products are intended strictly for professional use.
Technical compliance, operator training, licensing and safety/hygiene obligations are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

12. Information Errors and Correction

In case of manifest error regarding:

  • price,

  • stock availability, or

  • product description,

Piranha may correct or cancel the order, refunding any paid amount without additional liability.

13. Confidentiality and Contractual Integrity

All prices and commercial conditions are confidential.
This policy complements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and prevails only where expressly modified herein.

14. Amendments to Policy

Piranha Global, Lda. may amend these terms at any time, ensuring that conditions accepted at the moment of order confirmation remain valid for that transaction.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of Portugal.
Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Courts of the District of Viseu, Portugal.
