What is Piranha Rewards?

Piranha Rewards is our way of giving something back to artists. Every time you place an order, you earn Piranha Points, which you can redeem for free products on future purchases. The more Points you collect, the faster you move up tiers and unlock exclusive rewards.

How do I join?

Simply log in or create an account — you’ll be automatically enrolled.

How do I earn Piranha Points?

You earn Points every time you shop with us (online and in the app).

Every €1 spent online = 1 Point.

You can also earn bonus Points by joining the newsletter, referring friends, leaving reviews, and more.

How do I view my Points balance?

Go to your customer account and open My Reward Points / My Points.

There you’ll see your balance, current tier, and ways to earn and spend Points.

How do I redeem my Points?

Redeem your Points at checkout to add free products to your order.

Is there a limit to how many Points I can earn?

No — earn as many as you like.

Can I combine Piranha Points with other discounts or offers?

No. Piranha Points can be used only on selected reward products.

What happens if I refer a friend and they cancel or return an order?

Any Points earned from that referral will be removed if the order is cancelled or returned.

Do my Points expire?

Yes. Points expire 12 months after being earned.

If Points expire, you may drop a tier if you no longer meet the requirements.

Do I get my Points back if I return an order?

No. Points used in a purchase are not refunded if the order is returned.
